Dr.Althea’s 15% Niacinamide Purity Serum contains 15% Niacinamide at a high concentration and provides effective brightening and pore care.

With Zinc PCA to regulate sebum and oil and MELACUT Complex, a manufacturer specialty complex containing 4 main ingredients, helps to soothe the skin and helps with skin tone brightening.

It is a refreshing, light and non sticky serum that absorbs quickly into the skin and helps to improve the skin’s condition, tone and texture, in a gentle, sensitive skin-safe formula.

How to use:
