Is there an order limit / quota per item?

Each item is limited to 24* units per customer every 7 days. Should you need to order more, please seek customer service support through LiveChat on our website and mobile app. For products that are out of stock, you may wish to click "Notify Me" near the product image so that we are able to notify you via email once stocks have been replenished. * Selected restrictive items may be limited to lesser quantities depending on their available supply..

Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry that cancellation for Express order (Home Delivery Express / Click & Collect Express) is not possible.

If you would like to cancel your standard delivery order, please navigate to My Account > Order History or My Account > Order History > Order Detail Page and click “Cancel”.  Select the most appropriate reason and submit your cancellation request. Your refund will be processed and you will receive an email notification that your order has been cancelled successfully.

If you are not able to cancel your standard delivery order, it might be because:

  • Your order has already been packed and/or shipped; or
  • Your order consists of Supplier Direct Delivery products.

Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. 

Can I redeem my member points for online purchases?

 Yes! You may redeem your points for any online purchases at watsons.com.sg. To redeem, login to your member account before making an order and upon check out, you may choose the amount you'd like to redeem, up to the maximum redemption dollar value based on your available points, which will be shown at the checkout page.

How can I browse or find a product?

 You may browse and find a product by categories and sub-categories in our website. You may also further narrow down the list of items by selecting the filters on the left navigation on each main/sub category page. If you already have a product in mind, you may simply type in the keyword in the search bar, which will direct you to a page containing the products related to your keyword. Alternatively, you may also add products into your wish list so that you can conveniently access to these products during your future visits!

How do I check on my available e-coupons and/or e-vouchers and their details, in my account?

 To check on your e-coupons or e-vouchers details, including expiry dates, you may access these information via 'e-coupon and e-voucher' in 'My Account', after logged in.

How do I receive eCoupon or eVoucher?

 Watsons Online run certain promotions that include the issuance of eCoupon or eVoucher. As these are electronic coupons or vouchers, they would not be delivered together with your order. Instead, they will be issued via email within 1 month after the stated date found in the Terms & Conditions section of the promotion landing page.

How do I save products in my wish list?

 If you haven't quite made a decision on an item, don't fret. You may add them in your wish list and create as many wish lists as you want. You may access your wish list after you've signed in, by clicking on 'My Wish List' on the top right bar.

How do I use my eVoucher to pay for an order?
Refund eVoucher issued will be automatically stored into your account and ready for your redemption immediately. As these eVouchers are tagged to your account, there are non-transferrable.
To use the eVouchers, simply:
  • Add your items and proceed to checkout.
  • Login to your account if you have not done so. After which, the list of available eVouchers will be reflected under one of the payment mode at the checkout page.
  • Select the eVouchers that you'd like to redeem. You may redeem multiple eVoucher per transaction. Any access value of the eVoucher redeemed will not be refundable.
  • If there is outstanding payment amount after redemption of eVoucher(s), please select your preferred payment mode for the payment of the remaining balance.

How do I use my e-coupon to offset my order?

Every e-coupon that you are entitled to, will be automatically stored into your account and ready for your redemption immediately, before expiry or promotion ends. As these are promotional coupons, they are non-transferrable.
To use the e-coupons, simply:
Add your items and proceed to checkout.
Login to your account if you have not done so. After which, the list of your available e-coupons will be reflected at the checkout page.
Select the e-coupon that you'd like to redeem. Only 1 e-coupon can be use at one time and please note that any excess value of the e-coupon redeemed will not be refundable.
Lastly, select your preferred payment mode to proceed with the payment of the final payment balance.

I am having trouble making payment with my credit card.

 If you receive an error message related to credit/debit card failure, please double check that the 16 digit credit card number, expiry date and CVN code are inputted correctly. If you still receive an error message after validation and a second attempt, try making payment with an alternative card. For further assistance on your card error, please contact the issued bank of your credit/debit card.

Is there a minimum amount required to checkout?

 Yes, a minimum nett spend of $3 is required.

Is it secure to purchase products and pay using the above payment modes with Watsons online?

 Yes, definitely! Watsons.com.sg is secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts all your personal information so that these information remains only with us. Other than that, to enhance security, we do not store your credit card information. Upon check out, you will be re-directed to our payment gateway provider secured site and also 3D secure site for one-time pin input, in order to complete the transaction successfully.

What are the available modes of payment?

You can place an order and choose to pay using any VISA/Mastercard Credit or Debit card or American Express card.

What if the item I wanted/ordered, is out of stock?

 We always try to ensure that the products in our store are always available and available stock count in our system is accurate. However, if the item you wanted is not in stock, you may click on 'Notify me when available' button (available at each product page) and we'll send you an email once the items are back in stock. If you have placed an order with an out-of-stock item, our customer service will contact you to advise you on the next stock availability or process a refund via e-voucher to you.

What is the expiry date of online products?

Unless explicitly stated, Watsons ensures that the products sold online will have a minimum 9-month shelf life for orders sent via Home Delivery Standard and Click & Collect Standard services. You may return and get a refund should there be any issue with the products. However, please take note that some products (for example: disposable surgical masks) are not exchangeable/refundable due to hygiene purposes.

What is the difference between e-coupon and e-voucher?

 E-coupons are promotional codes/vouchers that allows you to offset a certain value of an item/order purchased with or without a certain purchase criteria met. These e-coupons can come in forms of percentage or dollar value discounts. E-vouchers are cash/gift vouchers issued by us (usually for refund cases) that you may use as a payment mode, to offset your purchase.

What should I do in case of order dispute?

In case of order dispute, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your parcel. You may contact our customer service via 'Contact Us' form on our website.

Orders past the 7 days limit will be subjected for review on a case-by-case basis.

Why did I not receive a paper invoice with my order?

 In our efforts to go green, we have replaced paper invoice with electronic invoice. Login to your online account and download the copy of the electonic invoice from your order history.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once you've receive an order confirmation email, your order has been processed and no further changes can be made. We'll process your order quickly once we've receive your order, as we strive to deliver and get the items to you as soon as possible. Therefore, changes to your items (eg. Change of items, colour, quantity, size and etc) will not be allowed once the order has successfully put through. You may place in a new order if you'd like to order additional items and delivery charges may imposed.

How do I place an order?

 You may browse for products or our recommendations through the various categories on our website or simply do a search using keywords if you already have something in mind.

Click on the product thumbnail to find out more details.
Select the number of quantity and click 'Add to cart' if you'd like to purchase.
You may continue shopping or click on 'Check out' once you are done with your selections.
Check on your items, quantity and prices in your shopping cart, to ensure they are correct, before proceed with checkout.
You may be requested to login to your online account/Watsons member account, if you have not done so. If you do not have any account with you, you are required to create an online account with us, in order to make an order on watsons.com.sg. To find out how to create an account, click here.
Select your preferred delivery method and, fill up the delivery and billing address.
Select your preferred payment mode and proceed with payment.
Once done, you have successfully placed an order and will receive an order acknowledgement email!
Order confirmation will be sent to your registered email as well, when your order has been processed.
Your order will be delivered to your delivery address or the preferred collection store in the next 2 working days.
To track on your order, you may check them via your 'Order History' in 'My account'.
