We are sorry that cancellation for Express order (Home Delivery Express / Click & Collect Express) is not possible.
If you would like to cancel your standard delivery order, please navigate to My Account > Order History or My Account > Order History > Order Detail Page and click “Cancel”. Select the most appropriate reason and submit your cancellation request. Your refund will be processed and you will receive an email notification that your order has been cancelled successfully.
If you are not able to cancel your standard delivery order, it might be because:
- Your order has already been packed and/or shipped; or
- Your order consists of Supplier Direct Delivery products.

Yes! You may redeem your points for any online purchases at watsons.com.sg. To redeem, login to your member account before making an order and upon check out, you may choose the amount you'd like to redeem, up to the maximum redemption dollar value based on your available points, which will be shown at the checkout page.
You may browse and find a product by categories and sub-categories in our website. You may also further narrow down the list of items by selecting the filters on the left navigation on each main/sub category page. If you already have a product in mind, you may simply type in the keyword in the search bar, which will direct you to a page containing the products related to your keyword. Alternatively, you may also add products into your wish list so that you can conveniently access to these products during your future visits!
To check on your e-coupons or e-vouchers details, including expiry dates, you may access these information via 'e-coupon and e-voucher' in 'My Account', after logged in.
Watsons Online run certain promotions that include the issuance of eCoupon or eVoucher. As these are electronic coupons or vouchers, they would not be delivered together with your order. Instead, they will be issued via email within 1 month after the stated date found in the Terms & Conditions section of the promotion landing page.
If you haven't quite made a decision on an item, don't fret. You may add them in your wish list and create as many wish lists as you want. You may access your wish list after you've signed in, by clicking on 'My Wish List' on the top right bar.
To use the eVouchers, simply:

Every e-coupon that you are entitled to, will be automatically stored into your account and ready for your redemption immediately, before expiry or promotion ends. As these are promotional coupons, they are non-transferrable.

Other than that, to enhance security, we do not store your credit card information. Upon check out, you will be re-directed to our payment gateway provider secured site and also 3D secure site for one-time pin input, in order to complete the transaction successfully.
You can place an order and choose to pay using any VISA/Mastercard Credit or Debit card or American Express card.
We always try to ensure that the products in our store are always available and available stock count in our system is accurate. However, if the item you wanted is not in stock, you may click on 'Notify me when available' button (available at each product page) and we'll send you an email once the items are back in stock. If you have placed an order with an out-of-stock item, our customer service will contact you to advise you on the next stock availability or process a refund via e-voucher to you.
Unless explicitly stated, Watsons ensures that the products sold online will have a minimum 9-month shelf life for orders sent via Home Delivery Standard and Click & Collect Standard services. You may return and get a refund should there be any issue with the products. However, please take note that some products (for example: disposable surgical masks) are not exchangeable/refundable due to hygiene purposes.
E-coupons are promotional codes/vouchers that allows you to offset a certain value of an item/order purchased with or without a certain purchase criteria met. These e-coupons can come in forms of percentage or dollar value discounts. E-vouchers are cash/gift vouchers issued by us (usually for refund cases) that you may use as a payment mode, to offset your purchase.

In our efforts to go green, we have replaced paper invoice with electronic invoice. Login to your online account and download the copy of the electonic invoice from your order history.
Once you've receive an order confirmation email, your order has been processed and no further changes can be made.
