Return & Refund Policy
Watsons will always try to make sure that items delivered to you are of a good condition and correct. However, the following types of items can be put up for return and refund request:
  • Defective item
  • Incorrect item from the initial order
  • Expired item
  • Missing item
If you received any of the above items, please contact our customer service within 7 days upon receiving of your order, subjected to the following terms and conditions:
  • Item must be in their original purchase condition.
  • All packaging of each item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be returned as a whole set.
  • Items that are labelled as Non-returnable and/or Non-refundable on watsons.com.sg, will not be accepted in our return and refund policy.
  • All Gift with Purchase item(s) in the order is returned as per order receipt.
  • Any eCoupon / promo code utilised in the order WILL NOT be refunded.
  • All return requests have to be made via customer service and the requests will be reviewed by Watsons, subjected to approval. All successful cases will be refunded to original payment method.

Please be informed that the refund value will be based on the amount you have paid after promotion discount and that membership points issued for the refunded item will be debited from your account.
Orders Placed via Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, GrabMart or PandaShop
If you have placed your Watsons orders via these platforms, kindly approach their respective customer service for your refund matters as the payment you have made is a secured transaction and the payment details are only accessible from their end.
