What is Paleo Diet?

Paleo Diet, also known as Stone Age diet, hunter-gatherer diet and caveman diet. The idea of Paleo is to eat those foods that humans are millions of years age, so that it can improve your health by eating less high-fat and processed foods. It can also help to lose weight, since you restrict the food intake with little nutritional value and high calories by following the Paleo Diet.
