Blowing the Scalp with Cold Air to Reduce the Oil

If you cannot take a shower immediately after exercise, you can use shampoo powder in the middle of the head and massage with your hands before workout. This can help to absorb hair grease, and reduce hair sweating opportunities. If you do not have shampoo powder, you can make good use of the cold wind function of hair dryer, put the hair down first, and blow the cold air to the scalp and hair for about 2 to 3 minutes.
