½ cup ripe strawberries
2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 tablespoon almond oil
Directions:
Use a fork to mash the strawberries. Add plain yogurt, raw honey and almond oil. Mix all ingredients well and leave it for 10 minutes until the mixture becomes thick.
