Watsons Singapore Elite Membership 2024-2025
The Campaign Qualifying Period
1. Elite Membership 2024-2025 Qualifying Period shall run from 1 January – 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Qualifying Period”).
2. Watsons reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Qualifying Period.
Eligibility
3. This Campaign is open to all Watsons Singapore Members, issued by Watsons Singapore only (“Eligible Participant”).
How to Qualify as a 2024-2025 Watsons Elite Member
4. Eligible Participant who has accumulated minimum S$1,200 nett spend (excludes purchase of Watsons Card, gift cards/top-ups and vouchers) with his/her Watsons Singapore Card within the Campaign Qualifying Period at any Watsons Singapore store or Watsons Online (www.watsons.com.sg) are entitled to Watsons Elite membership (“Qualified Members”)
5. S$1,200 nett spend may be accumulated across multiple receipts on the same Watsons membership card. Applicable to purchases at all Watsons Singapore stores and online. Accumulated spend can be tracked from your Watsons account.
6. Nett spend refers to the final payment amount of purchase after all discounts, points redemption and voucher/coupon redemptions. For purchases made on Watsons Online, the transaction amount will be reflected 21 days after order is made and delivered
7. At point of transaction at Watsons retail store, physical Watsons Card or eCard must be presented to cashier for the transactions to be recorded to your membership account. Transactions must be charged to the same Watsons Card of the same card number. Watsons will not be responsible for any unrecorded transactions.
8. For purchases made on Watsons Online, member has to login to his/her membership account before making any purchase, in order for the transactions to be recorded to the respective membership account. Watsons will not be responsible for any unrecorded transactions.
9. Transactions from different Watsons Member Cards (of different card numbers) cannot be combined to qualify for the elite membership.
10. Traders and bulk purchasers are not eligible for participation in this campaign
11. Elite membership is a cardless VIP programme with no hassle of carrying a physical card. Elite members can either use their existing physical card or access their eCard through Watsons Singapore mobile app. To check on elite status, simply access any of these 2 channels:
a. Login via Watsons Singapore mobile app. If you have been upgraded, Watsons elite card face will be shown under “My Account”
b. Log in to your account via www.watsons.com.sg. If you have been upgraded, Watsons elite card face will be shown under “My Account”
Elite Membership Period
12. Qualified Members will be automatically upgraded to Watsons Elite membership status on the first day of the following month upon qualification and the Elite membership status is valid until 31 December 2025, dates inclusive (“Elite Membership Period”).
Eg. Watsons Singapore Card Member accumulates S$1,200 nett spend on 23 January 2024, he/she will be upgraded to Watsons Elite membership status starting 1 February 2024 and enjoy Watsons Elite privileges and rewards until 31 December 2025. (Elite Membership Period: 1 February 2024 – 31 December 2025).
If Watsons Singapore Card Member accumulates S$1,200 nett spend in January 2024, of which the last purchase was made on Watsons Online on 23 January 2024, Member will be auto-upgraded to Watsons Elite membership status on 1 March 2024. (Refer to Point 6)
Watsons Elite Membership Terms & Conditions
13. Watsons Elite membership is not transferable.
14. Watsons Elite membership is strictly not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
15. Watsons shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever in the event of any complaint, dispute, damage or defect arising in respect of any of the membership status, privileges & rewards.
16. These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time by Watsons at its sole discretion, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional material or advertising issued under this Campaign.
Watsons Elite Membership – Terms & Conditions for 300 Bonus Points Scheme
17. Watsons Elite member is entitled to 300 Bonus Points if accumulate minimum S$300 nett spend (excluding purchasing of Watsons Card, gift cards and vouchers) with his/her Watsons Singapore Card in a calendar month.
18. S$300 nett spend may be accumulated across multiple receipts on the same Watsons membership card. Applicable to purchases at all Watsons Singapore stores, www.watsons.com.sg and Watsons SG mobile app.

23. 300 Bonus Points will be credited to the qualified Elite Member’s account by 31st of the following month.
General Terms & Conditions
24. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Watsons.
25. Watsons shall be entitled to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof and/or substitute or replace the membership status, privileges and rewards offered under this Campaign and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign by giving adequate notice to Eligible Participants.
26. No compensation in cash, refund, replacement or any kind shall be given to the Eligible Participants for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participants as a direct or an indirect result of such variation, deletion, addition or alteration of these Terms and Conditions and/or the extension, modification, cancellation, suspension or termination of this Campaign.
27. Decision of Watsons in relation to every aspect of this Campaign shall be final, binding and conclusive.
28. Watsons will not entertain any complaint whatsoever in connection with the membership status, privileges and rewards
29. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Watsons expressly exclude and disclaim any representations, warranties or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of all Membership status, privileges and rewards offered under this Campaign. All risks, loss, damage and/or injury associated with the use of the membership status, privileges and rewards shall be assumed by the Eligible Participants.
30. Watsons will not assume any responsibility for the membership status, privileges and rewards offered under this Campaign and accept no liability (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third party) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with this Campaign, even if WATSONS have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded.
31. Watsons accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the membership status, privileges and rewards or the use thereof. Any tax filing obligation or any tax payment due to any authority as a result of receipt of the membership status, privileges and rewards remain the sole responsibility of the participant. It is the responsibility of each participant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his/her own financial situation.
