Enfamil A+ Post-Discharge Special Infant Formula Stage 1 is scientifically formulated for premature and low-birth-weight babies transitioning home from the time of hospital discharge up to 1 year of age. This formula may be recommended by your doctor. Enfamil A+ Post-Discharge contains: 17mgΔ DHA & 34mgΔ ARA which are important building blocks for brain and eye development. Enfamil A+ Post-Discharge Special Infant Formula Stage 1 contains higher levels of Protein to help in tissue building and growth, Calcium for strong bones and teeth and Vitamin D3 to help in supporting calcium absorption and improves bone strength, Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT).

Product Usage

One level Scoop (average 4.97g) of EnfamilA+ Post-Discharge powder to 29.57ml water. Infant over the age of 6 months should start to receive supplemental foods inaddtion to the formula. As your baby grows, consult your doctor regarding the addition of compiementary foods to your baby's diet.

Warnings

Breast milk is the best for your baby. The World Health Organisation recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life. Unnecessary introduction of bottle feeding or other food and drinks will have a negative impact on breastfeeding. After six months of age, infants should receive age-appropriate foods while breastfeeding continues for up to two years of age or beyond. Consult your doctor before deciding to use infant formula or if you have difficulty breastfeeding.
