Product Usage
Adults: At bedtime, allow to dissolve under the tongue, 1-2 tablets daily, or as recommended by a physician. Consult your physician for use beyond 4 weeks.

Each tablet contains: Melatonin — 10mg

NO ADDED: Wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, nuts, eggs, fish, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians.
Warnings
This product is meant only for jet lag and is not recommended for prolonged consumption. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30⁰C in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening for maximum potency.
Consult a physician prior to use if you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression, and/or hypertension or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic medicines. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking the melatonin. If symptoms persist, continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult a physician. Do not use if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs and/or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
