• Promotional packs and travel-size items are excluded from mix & match promotion.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

1. Purchase any TSUBAKI Shampoo 450ml + Conditioner 450ml OR Repair Hair Mask 180g OR Dandruff Care & Repair Treatment 160g to participate.
2. The Lucky Draw Contest is open to all residents of Singapore, except employees of Fine Today Singapore Pte Ltd (the "Organiser"), Watsons Singapore, and their immediate family members.
3. To participate, eligible entrants must submit their entry via WhatsApp to +65 8012 7628. Only entries received through this number will be considered valid.

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion valid from 12 June 2026 to 12 July 2026. Purchases made in Watsons physical stores or Watsons.com during the promotion period will be eligible for the lucky draw.
2. Lucky Draw contest is open to all living in Singapore aged 18 years and above, except employees of Fine Today Singapore Pte Ltd (‘the Organiser’).
3. Only receipts with these variations <Tsubaki Shampoo 450ml + Conditioner 450ml / Tsubaki Shampoo 450ml + Mask 180g/ Tsubaki Shampoo 450ml + Dandruff Care Treatment 160g> qualify for the lucky draw.
4. Only single-receipt spend will be considered. Combination or consolidation of multiple receipts is strictly not allowed.
5. Limited to one entry per unique mobile number, NRIC and receipt.
6. Each participant is entitled to one (1) entry only, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases or receipts submitted.
7. Both purchase and entry submission must be completed by 11:59 PM (SGT) on 12 July 2026.
8. Eligibility is based on successful order placement and payment during the promotion period.
9. Incomplete, illegible or unverifiable entries may be disqualified and only entries successfully received by the organiser will be considered.
10. A total of one (1) winner will be selected via random draw.
11. Draw date is on 13 July 2026. Winner will be contacted directly on 13 July 2026 and announced officially on TSUBAKI Singapore's official Facebook and Instagram pages.
12. Winner must respond and confirm attendance within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of notification on 13 July 2026, failing which the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner may be selected. No extensions will be granted.
13. Prize won must be accepted as rewarded and are not transferrable.
14. Winner must be available to attend the event on 17 July 2026, from 1.30pm – 4pm (SGT) @ Plaza Singapura, Main Atrium, Level 1.
15. On the event day, winner must:
    - Present the original purchase receipt and NRIC for verification. Failure to present the required original proof of purchase may result in forfeiture of the prize.
    - Arrive at the TSUBAKI Pop-up @ Plaza Singapura at 1:30 PM (SGT)
    - Be available for stage participation and event activities
16. By participating in this event, you agree that photographs and/or videos may be taken of you and used by the Organiser for marketing and promotional purposes across all platforms.
17. Participant/Winner’s entry into and presence at the Event/Event Venue shall be entirely and completely at his/her own risk and therefore any/all injury, loss or damage to person or property is at his/her own risk.
18. The Organiser is not liable for any loss damage or compensation as a result of the Event being cancelled, postponed or changed for any reason.
19. By participating in this Lucky Draw, participant/winner agrees that the Organiser may collect, use and disclose personal data, as provided in the entry form, for the relevant purposes including the announcement of the winner’s name on social media/page/platform and to contact participant/winner for the administration of prizes in relation to this Lucky Draw in accordance with the applicable laws, participant/winner may also contact the Organiser for further details on its data protection policy, including how participant/winner may access and correct his/her personal data or withdraw consent to the collection, use or disclosure of his/her personal data.
20. The Organiser reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and revoke the eligibility of winning participant who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
21. The organiser reserves the right to substitute, postpone, modify or cancel any aspect of the prize experience due to circumstances beyond its control.
22. All decisions made by the Organiser are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
23. The Organiser reserves the right to vary / amend the privileges or terms & conditions without prior notice.
