The Plug should be inserted in good time before flight take off or landing. Keep the plug inserted all through the flight take off or landing proceedure. 1. pull the outer ear up and back to straighten the ear canal and ensure a correctand comfortable fit. 2. Carefully insert the ear plug into the ear canal while wiggling and twisting it slightly. 3. When fitted correctly the plug should have a snug fit, all flanges be inside the ear canal and surounding sound level should be considerably reduced.
