Terms & Conditions:

• Participation in Watsons Get Active 2024 is entirely voluntary. By participating, attendees agree to abide by all event rules and instructions provided by event staff and organizers.
• Attendees of the Get Active Event are entitled to one (1) free goodie bag per person, which will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, while supplies last.
• Attendees of the Family Fun Run are entitled to one (1) free finisher medal. which will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, while supplies last.
• Watsons Get Active 2024 involves outdoor fitness activities, which may include but are not limited to group exercises, stretches, and physical challenges. Participants are encouraged to assess their own physical condition before engaging in any activity.
• By attending and participating in this event, attendees acknowledge and accept that participation in outdoor fitness activities carries inherent risks, including injury.
• The organizers, sponsors, and partners of Watsons Get Active 2024 are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• In the case of injury or medical emergency, event organizers will make reasonable efforts to assist. However, participants are responsible for their own health and safety and should seek professional medical advice before participating if necessary.
• By attending this event, participants consent to the use of their likeness in photographs or videos taken by event organizers for promotional purposes without compensation.
• The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the event, including but not limited to changes in the schedule, activities, or cancellation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. The adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation and safety during the event.
• Watsons Singapore reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Get Active Event 2024 at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
