Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period for the “ Virtual Green Garden” is from 11 February 2023 to 31 March 2023, both dates inclusive (“the Promotion Period”). All green missions can only be completed during the Promotion Period.

2. Watsons member can complete green missions in the " Virtual Green Garden" in Watsons SG App anytime during the Promotional Period. Participant can grow 1 virtual tree by completing 3 green missions. They can redeem the gift in the “Virtual Green Garden” during the Promotion Period with the designated number of virtual trees grown. All records will be based on the information submitted to the Inapp gamification system.

3. The redemption period for the gift(s) on Watsons SG App is from 8 March 2023 – 7 April 2023, both dates inclusive (“the Redemption Period”). The gift(s) are redeemed on a first come, first serve basis and are available for redemption while stocks last.

4. Eligible participant must be a registered Watsons member, with valid & up to date mobile number and email address, and grow the designated number of virtual trees. Then the participant must successfully select the gift and designated Watsons store for redemption on the Watsons SG App.

5. After the Watsons member receives the gift redemption email/SMS confirmation (which the email /SMS will be sent to member approximately 3 weeks after member completes the redemption process on app), gift collection can then take place at the selected Watsons store. Each Watsons member can redeem each type of gift once only. Final day to collect the gift at selected store is on 28 April 2023

6. Uploaded images will be used, including without limitation, for social media, events, promotional or communication purposes. The Watsons member grants A.S. Watson Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ASW”) a fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferable, worldwide, exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, maintain, enhance, create derivative works of, distribute, and/or sublicense any images, photos or materials that the Watsons member uploads to the Watsons SG App.

7. The Watsons member represents and warrants that any photos, images or materials being uploaded to the Watsons SG App shall not infringe any copyright, trade or service mark, registered design or other intellectual property rights or other rights. The Watsons member shall be liable for and shall fully indemnify ASW against, all costs, damages, losses and claims which ASW may suffer or incur as a result of any infringement or alleged infringement of the aforementioned rights.

8. All gifts are not transferable, substitutable, or redeemable for cash or any other products.

9. Watsons assumes no responsibility for any delays, omissions, or mistakes in the Watsons member’s gift redemption that may occur, including (but not limited to) due to any technical problems, connection problems, any inadvertent errors, or any malfunctions of any handsets, networks or other devices.

10. Watsons is not liable for any expenses associated with participation in the promotion or the gift redemption, including (but not limited to) transportation fees, delivery costs, license fee, tax, other surcharges, additional baggage fee, insurance fee, other charges and any other travel expenses or consumption etc.

11. Watsons reserves the right to disqualify any Watsons member who engages (or who Watsons reasonably believes engages) in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to

jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion and/or gift redemption. Watsons reserves all legal rights to recover damages or other relief from such a participant.

12. Participation in the promotion is voluntary, and Watsons shall be not responsible for any disputes or liabilities that arise out of the conduct of the promotion. Watsons shall not be responsible for any related obligations or costs incurred by any Watsons member in participating in the promotion.

13. All time record(s) are based on the time records in the inapp gamification system.

14. Should it be found that any of the Watsons member is deliberately withholding information or participating with fake account(s) or fake information, Watsons reserves the right to disqualify such member from participating in the promotion.

15. All Watsons members who participate the promotion represent that they agree to and accept these terms and conditions. In the case of any breach of these terms and conditions, the participants may be disqualified without any prior notice. Watsons also reserves the right to claim against a party who causes harm or damage to the promotion.

16. In the event of any dispute, Watsons reserves the sole right to make any final decision in relation to the dispute.

Personal Information Collection Statement

17. Any personal data collected will be used to contact and verify the identity of the Watsons members for gift redemption only and will be handled properly and kept confidential. Watsons reserves the right to disqualify Watsons member who refuse or fail to provide the relevant personal information.
