How to use:
1. Locate the mounting holes between the raised insoles.
2. Align the mounting holes between the cushions.
3. Finally, press the mounting hole between the two insoles tightly.
Decide how many layers you wish to use. Always place the shortest layer at the very bottom of the stack and the U-shape heel cup at the top. Align the mounting pegs with corresponding holes between the layers and press together. Place inside the heel area of your shoe with the U shape fitting to the U shape of your shoe.
