Product Usage
Step 1. Remove the PET Film from the adhensive backing. Patch heat is Air Activated upon removal of PET Film.
Step 2. Stick the patch to the undergarment in the affected area.
Step 3. Press patch firmly into place, make the side without adhensive face the skin. Heat lasts between 4-6 hours.
