Apply the sprayer to the affacted region as needed. 1)Hold the nozzle as shown in the picture (Below) 2)Lift the nozzle towards you 3)Detach the cap while holding the nozzle 4)Spray 2-3 times per application

Glycerin, Water, Propylene Glycol, Ethanol, L-Menthol, Sodium Saccharin, Flavor, Mentha Piperita (peppermint) Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil.
