Product Usage
Can be used on the neck, shoulders and lower back.
*Paste patch onto affected area after removing from pouch.
*When the patch has cooled down, gently remove the patch.
*Be careful not to paste patch over your hair, it is recommended to tie-up or adjust your hair to one side before application.
*Wipe off any perspiration or moisture from the skin before usage.
*Adhesiveness of patch may be affected by repeated removal and reapplication.

Do not use this product if you: Suffer from heat-induced rash or hives / Are sensitive to heat or have diminished sensitivity to heat / Are sensitive to adhesive plasters or have suffered from rashes / Are not able to quickly remove the patch by yourself if necessary.
Do not apply this product to any part of the body where: There are swelling, fever or other inflammation due to bruises, sprains, etc. / There are cuts, scratches, insect bites, etc. / There are rashes or any kind of skin problem / You are using plasters or ointments etc. / Application of the sheet would be prone to folding e.g. behind the knees etc. *Do not apply this product to mucuous membranes or on the face (around the eyes, etc.)
Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you: Are receiving medical treamtent, etc. / Have diabetes or circulatory disorder / Tend to experience hot flushes / Have a fever or inflammatory disorder / Have suffered allergic reaction (rash, redness, itching, etc.) to medication, cosmetics, etc. / Are pregnant.
Stop usage of product immediately when you experience itch or any other physical abnormalities.
In the following cases, discontinue use of this product and consult a physician (symptoms may worsen with continued use of the product):
(1) Sudden increase in pain during use (2) Lingering redness or itchiness, etc. (3) Development of eczema, irritation of the skin or low-temperature burns (4) Worsened symptoms such as lower back pain in an affected area.
If the patch tears and skin comes into contact with the contents, rinse or wipe with a wet cloth. Should the contents come into contact with the eyes, do not rub and immediately rinse the eyes thoroughly. If abnormalities occur, consult a physician. If product is used daily, it is recommended to rotate the patch placement to reduce possible stress inflicted onto the skin. This product should not be applied to the same area more than once per day. *Due to improved circulation from the thermal effects of the product, the area to which the product was applied may temporarily be susceptible to redness or itchiness.
