PAXIMOL is gentle on the stomach that it can be safely taken on an empty stomach.

Product Usage
Children 3 months to 1 year: half to one teaspoonful (2.5mL to 5mL)
1 to 5 years: one to two teaspoonfuls (5mL to 10mL)
6 to 12 years: two to four teaspoonfuls (10mL to 20mL)

1 teaspoonful is about 5mL.
