For brain health, we added vitamin B12, E, and the antioxidants vitamin A and C. Vitamins A and C also play double duty in that they help support a healthy immune system throughout life. Lastly, for eye, health, we included lycopene and lutein potent antioxidants, which may help reducing the risk of macular degeneration, support immune function, as well as reduce the risk of certain types of cancer.
