1.       [Win the Ultimate Travel Giveaway] is organised by Watsons Singapore.  

2.       The lucky draw is open to all registered Watsons Singapore Card Members, issued by Watsons Singapore only. The Watsons Singapore Member must be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) to participate in the Lucky Draw. 

3.       Watsons Singapore Card members must be 18 years old or above and are capable of entering into a binding contract (in case you are below 18 years old: you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein and their agreement to take responsibility for (i) your actions and (ii) any charges associated with your purchases at Watsons stores/ Watsons Online.

4.       Individuals listed below are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw :
- Watsons’ employees [including its associates, subsidiaries or related thereto] and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, including spouses]; and/or

- Representatives and/or the advertising agencies or promotional agencies of the Watsons Singapore [including its associated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, siblings, spouses].

Lucky Draw Period & Entry Criteria

5.       The qualifying purchase period starts from 26 May 2022 12.00am to 22 June 2022, 11.59pm (Singapore time).

6.       Submission of the online registration form starts from 26 May 2022 12.00am, and must be completed by 11.59pm, 23 June 2022 (Singapore time).

7.       Any entries received beyond 11.59pm, 23 June 2022 will be rejected and deemed invalid.

8.       Watsons Singapore reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate the Lucky Draw at its sole discretion.  

How to participate and earn chances to win

9.       Each participant will earn one chance if the following criteria are fulfilled during the qualifying purchase period :

a)       Make one online purchase of any amount on www.watsons.com.sg / Watsons SG mobile app and one purchase of any amount at any Watsons retail store

·       Exclude purchase of Watsons card, gift cards and vouchers.

·       Transactions must be charged to the same Watsons Card of the same card number.

b) Complete one-time registration at https://survey.aswatson.net/WISE/index.php/368952/lang-en

10.   Bonus Chances

a)       Participant will automatically earn 10 chances upon accumulating minimum $150 nett spend within qualifying purchase period at Watsons Online and Retail stores, under the same Watsons card number

b)      $150 nett spend (excludes purchase of Watsons card, gift cards and vouchers) may be accumulated across multiple receipts on the same Watsons membership card. Applicable to purchases at all Watsons Singapore stores,; www.watsons.com.sg and Watsons SG app. Accumulated spend can be tracked from participant’s Watsons account.

c)       Nett spend refers to the final payment amount of purchase after all discounts, points redemption and voucher/coupon redemptions.

11.   At point of transaction at Watsons retail store, physical Watsons Card/eCard must be presented or mobile number (linked to Watsons Card) must be quoted to cashier for the transactions to be recorded to membership account. Transactions must be charged to the same Watsons Card of the same card number. Watsons will not be responsible for any unrecorded transactions.

12.   For purchases made on Watsons Online, member has to login to his/her membership account before making any purchase, in order for the transactions to be recorded to the respective membership account. Watsons will not be responsible for any unrecorded transactions.

13.   Transactions from different Watsons Member Cards (of different card numbers) cannot be combined to qualify for this lucky draw.

14.   Each Participant is only eligible to win ONE (1) prize during the lucky draw period.

Prize & redemption

15.   Prizes: $1,500 trip.com e-gift cards x 5 winners

17.   Prizes are not exchangeable for cash (if any). Watsons Singapore shall be entitled to replace the prizes with other prizes of the same value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion.

18.   Watsons Singapore, its agencies, affiliates, and sponsors and their representatives shall not be liable for any defects or misuse of the prizes, or to any claims, liabilities, losses or damages in connection with this Lucky Draw.

19.   The lucky draw will be conducted on 26 July 2022 between 9am-6pm at Watsons Singapore office.

20.   If any Winner is subsequently discovered to be ineligible to participate in the Lucky Draw or to receive the Prize, Watsons Singapore reserves the right to (i) forfeit or withdraw the Prize at any time; or (ii) (where the Prize has been redeemed) claw-back the Prize or request the relevant customer to repay to or compensate Watsons Singapore the value of the Prize at any time.  

21.   Participant may be required to provide valid identification document during or prior to prizes redemption for Participant/Winner verification process. This is to validate the identity of the lucky draw’s Participant/Winner.

22.   Watsons Singapore reserves the right to postpone the date and place for Prizes redemption that has been determined to a later date in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

23.   Watsons Singapore shall not be liable for any transportation costs in connection with the redemption and/or delivery of the Prizes. Any additional costs, duties, taxes and/or incidental expenses or charges imposed in respect of the Prizes are solely borne by the Winner.

24.   The five (5) winners will be contacted, either via an email or a call to the mobile number based on the contact information supplied during their entry submission process, within seven (7) working days from date of the draw, on the arrangements relating to Prizes collection. Watsons Singapore shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with or as a result of the redemption process, regardless of how the loss or damage may arise.

25.   All decisions made by Watsons Singapore in connection with the lucky draw including but not limited to the selection of Winner and the Prizes are final, conclusive and binding. Any correspondences, inquiries, appeal or objection from the Participant shall not be entertained.

26.   All Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash in part or wholly.

27.   Winner must claim their Prizes from Watsons Singapore or within the time specified notified by the Watsons Singapore (via email or any other communication channels) after the end of stipulated period. In the event the Winner fails to claim the Prizes or nominate a representative to claim the prize within the stipulated time, Watsons Singapore reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and award the Prize to another Winner.

28.   Winner that requires a representative to claim their Prizes on their behalf must ensure that their representative provide a letter of authorization issued by the Winner along with a copy of the Winner and the representative’s valid identification document.

29.   Watsons Singapore would like to alert the Participants to take reasonable precautions when receiving any phone calls or messages requesting for your personal information(s) during and/or after the Contest. The Watsons Singapore would also like to advise our valued Participant to contact Watsons Singapore for verification via Watsons SG mobile app by submitting a form or using Live Chat, regarding the lucky draw.

Rights of the Watsons Singapore

30.   By participating in this Lucky Draw, the Participant give their consent to Watsons Singapore to publish and use their names, and images submitted by the Participant/Winner for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the Participant/Winner. Participant/Winner shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.

31.   If for any reason this Lucky Draw is unable to proceed as planned for (and not limited) reasons such as computer virus, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, any acts of government not limited to movement control order or any other reason beyond Watsons Singapore control, Watsons Singapore reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, postpone, modify, or suspend this Lucky Draw.

32.   Watsons Singapore at its sole discretion may remove and/or disqualify any Participant and/or entries if found (at the Watsons Singapore’s discretion) or suspected of cheating/hacking/tampering with the Lucky Draw submission process, the operation of this Lucky Draw or in violation of any Terms and Conditions of the Lucky Draw.

33.   Watsons Singapore reserves the right to amend the Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

34.   In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any terms contained in any promotional materials for this Lucky Draw, the terms contained at https://www.watsons.com.sg/promo-ultimate-travel-giveaway shall prevail.

35.   By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participants give their consents to Watsons Singapore or any third party appointed by the Watsons Singapore to process the Participant's personal data for the purpose of this Lucky Draw. 

Liability and Responsibility

36.   Participant and Winner shall assume full liability and responsibility for any liability incurred as a result of their negligence or wilful default due to their participation in this Lucky Draw and/or redemption and/or use of the Prizes, Participant and Winner agree to release the Watsons Singapore and its agencies from any claim whatsoever from that liability.

37.   To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event Watsons Singapore or any of its officer, employee, representative and/or agent (including, any third party agencies that deals with Watsons Singapore for the purpose of this Lucky Draw) be liable for any loss or damage arising in the Pariticipant’s negligence or willful default in connection with this Lucky Draw.

38.   By participating in this Lucky Draw, the Participant agrees to comply with all the Terms & Conditions of this Lucky Draw and all decisions made by the Watsons Singapore.

Privacy Notice

39.   The Participant  acknowledges that Watsons Singapore is authorised to process the personal data provided pursuant to this Lucky Draw in accordance with its privacy policy which can be found on

41.   By participating in the Lucky Draw, the Participant also give their consent and authorize the Watsons Singapore using a third party service including but not limited to any financial institution to process the Participant's Personal Data. All such third parties are contractually obliged, not to use the Participant's Personal Data in any other than way that stated herein.
