Product Usage
Step 1. Apply at least 30 minutes before activity. Patches may be worn up to 7 hours.
Step 2. Remove adhesive layer of the patch.
Step 3. For mild symptoms, apply 2 patches, 1 behind each ear.
Step 4. For more severe symptoms, apply 2 additional patches on the temple.
