1. Eligibility: Participation is open to Watsons members who have purchased min. $18 of participating brands with Sustainable Choice (green) price tags.
2. Purchases: Applicable from 4 - 24 Jul 2024, for in-store and online transactions.
3. Registration: Registration is open from 4 - 31 Jul 2024. 
4. Kayaking Dates & Participating Brands: 

• 5 Oct 2024 (Sat):  Oral B, Gillette, Aussie, Herbal Essences, & Pantene
• 12 Oct 2024 (Sat): Nivea, Eucerin, & Hansaplast
• 26 Oct 2024 (Sat): Dove, Life Buoy, Love Beauty & Planet, Clear, & Tresemme

***Participant may choose the kayaking dates based on their purchase of participating Sustainable Choice brands. E.g. participants who purchase products from Oral B, Gilette, Aussie, Herbal Essences, Pantene may register for the kayaking date on 5 Oct 2024 (Sat).

5. Kayaking Venue: Waterways Watch Society
6. Participation in kayaking for river cleanup is on a first-come, first-served basis and they would be notified via email.
7. Participants are required to confirm their interests for kayaking for river cleanup via email. More instructions and details to kayaking for river cleanup will be provided in this email.
8. Kayaking for river cleanup paticipation is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
9. All decisions made by Watsons Singapore in connection with ​[Let's Kayak & Clean-Up Singapore Kallang River Together!], including but not limited to the selection of participants, are final, conclusive, and binding. Any  correspondences, inquiries, appeal, or objection will not be entertained.
10. By participating in ​​[Let's Kayak & Clean-Up Singapore Kallang River Together!] , the participants have given their consent to Watsons Singapore or any third party appointed by the Watsons Singapore to process the participants’ personal data for the purpose of kayaking for river cleanup only. 
11. Watsons Singapore reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of​ [Let's Kayak & Clean-Up Singapore Kallang River Together!] at any time, at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
