Abbott Ural Effervescent Granules is a systemic and urinary alkalinizer for the relief of symptoms (pain, discomfort and burning sensation) associated with urinary tract infections (UTI). Provides symptomatic relief of dysuria, to enhance the action of certain antibiotics, in gout to prevent crystallisation of urates and dissolution of uric acid stones.
Sugar-free, lactose-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, animal-free and suitable for diabetics, lactose-intolerant, gluten-intolerant, vegetarians

Product Usage
Adult Dose: Add the contents of 1 to 2 sachets to a glass of cool water and mix. Ural may be taken up to four times daily. Do not take for more than five days unless advised to do so by your doctor.
Children under 12 years old: Do not give Ural unless advised to do so by a doctor
Ingredients
Citric Acid Anhydrous 0.72g , Sodium Bicarbonate 1.76g, Sodium Citrate Anhydrous 0.63g, Tartaric acid 0.89g
Warnings
Contraindication: Renal failure or hypernatremia.
Pre-caution: Contains 650mg of sodium per sachet which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet.
Patients are advised to consult a doctor if pain or irritation persists for more than 48 hours
